Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all details such as size, colour, and shipping address are correct before checkout.

KALMHS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse of the platform.


Payment

All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Full payment must be made at checkout before an order is processed.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are not available for standard returns.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A defective item is received, or
  • The wrong item is sent

In such cases, customers must contact KALMHS within 48 hours of receiving the order for inspection and verification.

Exchanges are accepted for size or colour variations of the same design, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

All items requested for exchange must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with tags intact


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are stated on product pages or collection announcements. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of KALMHS.


Colours & Measurements

Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. Measurements provided are approximate and may differ slightly due to production processes.
